Stored away and forgoten, here is a vintage Nivada Grenchen 17 jewel movement wrist watch. Self winding, waterproof, chrome plated top. Has a gold or gold plated case with a clear crystal. Stainless back. Back stamped 6C-69069. Inside of the back cover has a serial # 2575980. Also scribed( which is believed repairmen or jeweler leaves) " B1-9-65B" Perhaps a date of service? This watch has been operating great the last couple days. Movement operates as it should. There is slight metal loss around the inside cover thread. I guess thats to be expected for an older time piece. I believe this watch was produced between mid 50s and early 60s. Selling as is. I don't claim to be a horologist, so I can't make claim to the integrity of this watch. No watch band available. Please No International Sales!!

Forgot to mention that this lighter was repaired and serviced by a gentleman named Ed Schubmehl. He was a watch repairman for several decades. ( Ed passed in 2013). I found on a envelope his note of his work: New crystal, replaced stem and crown and cleaned. He charged me 20 bucks. Ed did alot of work for me over the years.
