The new Nikon 1 mirrorless cameras are great... they offer many features and remove the SLR mirror timing and movement...
They incorporate the 1 Nikkor lenses and the 18.5mm f/1.8 and f/ 1.4 are quite fast in capturing light in low light conditions (night shots, and fast shutter speeds)... f/1.4 much more expensive-- rather not justified
