German Normann Stadler of Tri Dubai set the current bike course record of 4:18:23 at Kona with an average speed of 26 mph on the Kuota Kalibur on his way to a second Hawaii Ironman win in 2006.

This bike has been awesome to own and even more impressive to ride. I have been the owner of this bike for about 6 years and now I have a toddler my triathlon days are over. I am the second owner of this bike, the first owner sold this bike to me when was selected to participate in Kona and upgraded in 2011.

I tried to take a handful of pictures but please feel free to request more if needed. As you can see from the photos the bike has some scuff marks on the brakes and base wing only, minor cosmetic damage from riding in the MS150 and being involved in a few very low speed hang ups with novice cyclist.

Specs are listed below:

Frame: full carbon size L frame. I am 6'1" and it fits me perfect.

Components: the brakes, shifters, derailers, sprockets are all shimano duraace.

Basewing is a Blackwell research fitted with T2 cobra aerobars.

Wheel set is brand new Mavic 700mm aluminum wheels with bladed spokes. The wheels are only 6 months old.

Tires are Vittori Diamanté Pro Kevlar Reinforced. I have some continental gator skins I can throw in for training tires.

Comes fitted with 2 carbon bottle holders.

Crankset specs: crank arm is about 177.5mm measured. Has 2 front sprockets and 10 rear. I have a barely used rear sprocket set I can throw in as well if requested.

Please feel free to message me for any other details or pics.

I can ship the bicycle, I have a bike box I can pack it in. Please let me know in advance if this is your preference. I will have to get you a quote, the eBay quotations for shipping are never accurate. They always underestimate the total cost from my experience.
