AVO MK4 MKIV genuine manual working test all tubes B65 PX4 PX25 2A3 300B KT66

Legendary AVO MKIV MK4 tube or valve tester grey finish paint.
I guess this is by far only second to the large one the VCM 163.
A recent survey on eBay shows me this tester was sold for $ 1,800! First of all let me tell you this tester is perfectly working and calibrated using my big VCM 163 and has the same readings, those readings I got are the same as I test valves for eBay.

The AVO Mark 4 well preserved over the many decades, I guess this came out in the early 1960's.
Like its predecessors MK2 and MK3, this AVO MK4 MKIV incorporates 18 valve sockets, basically this tester has more valve sockets that an AVO 163 and a Neg. grid Voltage of 100 that is higher than a CT160 which rates at -40 .
This gives you the chance to test ALL tubes hassle free!
I have carried out various testing with such an instrument and you can see all runs smooth and clean.
First test was with a KT66 that I show on photo; then I tried an ECC83 then PX4, a 300B, another triode a PX25 then a B65 that I have for sale on eBay now as well as 6SN7 and finally a 2A3 triode.
Readings are perfect and calibrated with my other AVO's I have.
It works at all voltages 110/120 220/240 V

It will be sold with original purple copy of the AVO manual; there you will find all instruction and valve data.
Thanks for watching.
