This is a stunning sheer chiffon blouse from Atmosphere at Primark.  The blouse has a porcelain style blue and white pattern featuring fish and flowers.  It buttons down the front and has buttons to the cuffs, the sleeves are 3/4 length and the cuffs have a partially folded style.  The rear of the blouse sits lower than the front. 

This is an oversize style in a size 10, the approximate measurements in inches are;

• 22 inches : armpit to armpit.
• 26 inches : shoulder to front hem.
• 16 inches : inner arm.

The blouse is made from 100% polyester and is machine washable.
