Please note that photos are part of our description. All our new and used products comes from smoke free home. We are also an authorized seller to sell many new products in our eBay store. 

Grading Definitions: NEW: Brand new never used. LIKE NEW: In unused condition with original packaging. Item (including packaging) may have very minor blemishes or flaws. EXCELLENT: May show minimal use and/or minor wear. Exceptionally clean, undamaged with no unwanted marks or odors. VERY GOOD: Shows light use or wear; minimal damage, nothing which will affect the ability to use the item for its intended purpose. GOOD: May have noticeable damage but no missing or completely damaged (irreparable) pieces. FAIR: Completely damaged parts or missing pieces. POOR: Broken, beat up, ‘junk’ condition; some potentially usable parts.

 

Handling Time: 1 business day. For instance, if you make a purchase today, your shipping label will be printed by 12am CST and ships out the following day. However, about 95% of times if you make a purchase today by 9pm CST, we will get the shipping label print out and ship out the next day. We know getting the product to you is very important, and that is why we do our best to get it out to you as quickly as possible. 

 

Shipping: We do not ship to the states of AK, HI, PR, US Islands, military bases, and PO boxes unless that listing shows USPS First Class Shipping, then we will ship to those states and locations. 

 

Returns: You can shop with confidence and peace of mind with our 30 days return policy. Used products can be returned but must be in the original condition. New items are not allowed for return if seal is broken or used, unless it is clothing or clothing accessories that doesn't fit. Also we do not accept returns for books, CDs, DVDs, softwares, and video games since they can be easily copied.
