Please remember that I offer FREE shipping before making an offer.  ALL stock of Coach and Michael Kors purses come from my Aunt and her friend.  These are items they don’t carry anymore or in some cases have NEVER been carried. I will be happy to answer your questions regarding of my purses.

    Payment

Payment is expected within 24 hours. If you need extra time to pay, PLEASE contact me for arrangements.

                                             Shipping Details

Orders will generally ship within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. Shipment will be USPS mail with a tracking number. If you would like to have insurance on the package, please contact us and add extra $5 to the sale price of the item.

Returns

In the event that a return is requested, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging, etc. We will not accept the return of an item if it has been altered in any way including the price tags, and paper works that were included when the item was shipped out.

Buyer is responsible for shipping products back. There will be a 20% restocking fee.

Buyers who deliberately and falsely report an item as “defective”, “fake” or “not as described” when it is not (in order to avoid return shipping and restocking fee) will be reported to eBay and will be left a feedback to warn other sellers of such behaviors.
