Leningrad Mint Goznak.  Beautiful, historic set of coins.  

There is card in this set about a 60th anniversary 1 ruble coin. It states that the coin has not arrived yet and will be included with the set.  If this 1 ruble coin is not the one in the set but another loose coin, I have not found it.  I included the card with the set because it came as a part of the package.
