These parts came from a 1991 boat with the SP outdrive.  This auction is for the upper gear box that has a 26 spline end yoke and the transmission shifts fine from forward to reverse.  The u-joints are next to new and in good working order.  This has the double bolt helmet mount and has the MEDIUM bearing race.  The last picture is an EXAMPLE of a medium sized bearing race that shows the steps in the bearing race.  The lower drawing shows what the steps in the race look like for the large bearing race.  There is a difference between the two sizes so make sure you know which one you need.  Just ask if your still unsure.

The gear changes are in the lower unit so this will fit out drives behind 4, 6 and 8 cylinder engines.
