"The InCom T-42 AirSpeeder was a predecessor of the famous T-47 series speeders in which the Rebel Alliance fought Imperial forces throughout the galactic civil war.

Powered by an earlier series of the InCom repulsorlift system, the T-42 lacked the later T-47's speed, but was lighter and more agile. The T-42 was a single-seat craft with a spacious cockpit and a main armament of two turbo lasers and a roof-mounted harpoon launcher (computer guided).

In earlier combat with Imperial forces, it was evident that the T-42 was vulnerable from a six-o'clock attack and that the targeting computer was less effective in a multi-target battlefield. The T-47 rectified this with the rear-seat gunner, upgrade armour and improved battlefield systems.

The T-42 continued to be deployed in second-line duties by Rebel forces for some time after the Battle of Yavin and some were present on Hoth. The surviving speeders were later relegated to training units."

This is a temperate-scheme example of the fictional T-42 AirSpeeder. Please note that I am also selling the T-42 SnowSpeeder depicted in the last photo.

The design is based on one of the alternative models you could make from Lego's second-gen T-47 set. In this case the model is made from grey and red parts as an earlier post-republic combat variant.
