both sets are not complete , rare and hard to find sets, both with instructions, ideal for completing or for parts.
most of the lego looks to be in good / very good condition, one of the corners on the large grey boards has snapped, some of the white bricks have slight yellowing from age,
both instructions are  in good condition, showing signs of use.
