MagicSuit by Miraclesuit tankini set.  Top has ruffle tiers attached to black lining, sewn in foam padding with "bra" all the way around. Adjustable straps in back, back goes straight across upper shoulder blade area.  Back is plain, no ruffles that come around, lined in black heavy fabric in back.  Bottoms have about a 7" side seam.  Retail price is missing on the tags attached but these usually are $150.  Style is called Rita and you can view this on a model at Cyberswim.com
