SHIPPING
- We ship our products primarily via UPS Ground Service.
- All US lower 48 state orders ship out within 1-3 business days if payment is received by 12:00 P.M. Pacific time. Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed same day.
- We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.
- We only ship to the Lower 48 states, and we do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box addresses.
PAYMENT
- We accept PAYPAL payment only.
- Payment should be completed within 4(Four) days of auction closing. Unpaid dispute will be filed for closing auction.
- Sales Tax of 9% will be applied for orders shipped within the state of California.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
- All items may be returned for any reason within 60 days. All items may receive a complete replacement unit, replacement parts, or a partial refund should the item become defective within 60 days of the purchase date.
- If an item is received damaged, defective, or not received please contact us via email or eBay messaging within 7 day of receipt to submit a claim for a complete replacement unit, replacement parts, a partial refund or full refund of purchase price. We may require pictures or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund.
- All returned items will not be charged a restocking fee. Items returned must be in their original packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included. All returns require an RA (Return Authorization) number which will be given by a customer service representative when the return request is submitted.
- All returns are shipped back to Our Return Center at the customer's expense. Please note that it is at the company's discretion to decide if the item may be returned to Our Return Center. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Once your claim is processed and approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the request to be completed. If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please be aware that the fulfillment timeframe is based on product availability.
