Although we do not allow returns, we will guarantee the item listed will arrive in working order. 

We ship all our electronics in plenty of packing materials to ensure their safe delivery.  In the event you

receive an item that is not, we will replace it at our expense as quickly as possible.  We ship same day

all orders received before 12pm on weekdays.  Weekend orders received are shipped on Monday.
