I use recycled materials whenever possible, and retain proof of postage. All postage costs are for UK delivery and include packing costs, time and transport to post office. OVERSEAS BUYERS PLEASE REQUEST POSTAGE BEFORE PLACING BIDS but note that I only use a confirmed delivery service outside UK.

I aim to post within 24 working hours from receipt of payment.

REFUNDS

I offer 100% refund on items, ONLY if I describe them incorrectly or a fault becomes apparent on receipt other than those already listed. Buyer must return the item at their expense within seven days from receipt and in the same condition as I posted it.

Please study the photographs and read the description carefully. Sometimes I may make a mistake but I never intend to mislead or deceive so I ask all bidders to take a very close look at the photographes in the listing as they are a very important part of the description. Please check the photos/description closely so that you are in no doubt as to what you are buying, if necessary email me any questions before you bid so you can be sure that the item is what you require.

Please note non payment after three days will automatically be issued with an unpaid dispute. I have had to include this because of the increase in non payments.
