Items are shipped within 1 business day upon receipt of payment. All items are shipped through USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. If you need your item to be shipped through an alternative service, please e-mail me.
Multiple Items: Please purchase each item separately and the excess shipping amount will be refunded to you immediately. If you are purchasing more than 3 items, please email me and we can work out the shipping cost.
International customers: please be aware that I am not responsible for customs duty fees or taxes - those are your responsibility. Also, they have been more strict in checking items, so there may be a delay in delivery.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of when the item was received, BUT MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. NO EXCEPTIONS OTHERWISE YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. All shipping costs (including the original shipping cost which will be deducted from your refund) are at the buyers expense if it is being returned because the buyer did not like the item or changed their mind. All measurements are listed as well so it is up to the buyer's responsibility to make sure it fits or is to their liking. Our items are checked thoroughly before they are shipped out. However, mistakes can happen and things can be overlooked. If we have made a mistake on our part, please let us fix it and make things right before you leave feedback and all shipping costs will be at our expense.
