Vintage Oster Model 616-22 Professional Barber Hair Clippers. 

Pivot motor, detachable blade, sculptured clipper housing, lightweight and compact. Made in USA.  Box states there are 5 optional blades available.  Inside the box there are 4 additional blades, unsure if they are counting on the detachable as a one or not, may be missing one attachment. 

Clippers have been plugged in and work great.  Comes with attachments and manuals in original box.
