Items with free shipping are for contiguous 48 states only, USD$4 surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, APO/FPO. Tracking number will be sent upon shipment of product. It is up to you to contact me if the shipping carrier fails to deliver the package within estimated time of arrival.
