This one is nice and clear and had both caps. I got two sets of these lenses when I bought my Q. I bought one kit that was just the lenses but then I found the kit with all the filters elsewhere and it was a good deal so I jumped on that one too. Amazingly both sets of lenses came with the rare 70mm so I ended up with two copies of this baby. I do use it on my QS1 and I like it a lot. I use all the 110 lenses with the 110 to Q adapter and the Lens Baby aperture discs and I find it's an excellent combo. These lenses are great for the the Q series cameras, IMHO. This one I cannot believe the images I get from it sometimes. It's a nice little lens with or without the LB rings but using the F11 or F8 ring with it makes it even better. It's quite sharp sometimes. Much more so than I thought it would be. The shot of the hibiscus I've included it was taken with the 70mm. That was just me doing a quick lens test but I very impressed because I had been told that the A110 lenses were only a so-so thing on a Q. If I didn't already have it I'd honestly be paying it to get one for my QS1. If you're on the fence about it, wondering if this lens is worth the $100? I hope this settles your mind on that score. :P It's a little hard to take pics through these but I've done my best. Lens is nice and clear though. I keep my Q lenses in a dry box actually so it's it's been well kept.
