Sports Memorabilia Estate Auction

You are bidding on the signed baseball pictured and listed.

All signed baseballs were obtained via an estate sale. We were told that they belonged to an avid collector who obtained most of his autographs at spring training. Many of the balls being auctioned are in USED condition, and may contain SMEARS, SMUDGES, or other DEFECTS (as pictured).

These baseballs are NOT professionally authenticated, however, based on the condition, handwriting, and variety of balls in the collection we have no reason to suspect that any of them have been forged. That being said, all balls are being sold AS-IS due to potential rough condition of the signatures and or balls.

Baseballs will NOT be shipped in any cubes or ball holders. We are shipping AS-IS to save on costs. Balls will be wrapped and shipped with protection.

CONDITION: All baseballs obtained in this estate sale are being sold AS-IS. Many of the balls were used in spring training games or practices. The signatures vary as pictured.

PACKAGING: Balls will be shipped via 1st class mail. They will be protected but NOT shipped in any specific ball holder or cube.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Paypal is the only form of payment accepted.

SALES TAX: All Ohio residents must pay an 8.00% state sales tax. This is required by law. We are registered through Ohio Business Gateway and are subject to most of the same business taxes that retail stores are subject to.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: $6.00. Each additional baseball please add $3.00.

We usually ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment unless the item is a pre-sale. Shipping rates include insurance, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation for orders over $750, and the necessary shipping supplies.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International buyers will be accepted through the Global Shipping Program (GSP) only. Shipping rates through this program are determined by a 3rd party U.S. Shipping Center that handles all GSP orders. We have no control over the rate that international bidders are charged, so please review the estimated shipping charge before committing to purchase. We will not make separate shipping arrangements outside of GSP, so please do not ask.
