Your item will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment, via the USPS:
(Priority Mail or First Class if under 13 ounces), Media Mail (for that which qualifies),
or United Parcel Service (UPS) for larger ground deliveries.
Payment:
We use PayPal exclusively and expect your payment within twenty- four hours of purchase.
Cancelling a Sale:
If it become necessary for you to cancel a sale please contact me as soon as possible so I can end the transaction and relist the item. Your agreement is necessary so that I can be refunded the fees that eBay charges for the sale. If for some horrible reason I need to cancel a sale, I will do everything in my part to replace the lost item, offer another item instead, or refund you immediately. I would appreciate a chance to make it right. It is much easier and leaves no negative marks against the buyer or seller if we agree to work together and come to some type of agreement, rather than opening a case or cancelling sales.
Shipping Charges:
Sellers are charged fees by both PayPal and eBay for each and every item that is sold. This fee, packaging, office supplies, and the cost of sending your item through the post, are all part of your shipping fees. I try to charge less than a dollar per item for handling. This charge is added to your shipping cost. The larger and heavier your item, the more the post office charges to ship it.
In most cases the actual cost of postage will be listed on your shipping label.
The difference between the cost on the label and what you paid me for shipping is what I keep to cut my costs.
Please take notice before leaving negative feedback for the shipping costs. I cannot control what the post office charges.
If your shipping charges end up being quoted too high, I will refund you the overcharge.
I desire to do honest business and will strive to find the best rates and charge a fair price.
Combined Shipping:
In order to provide combined shipping,
please send me a request for a total during the check out process, after you make your purchases but before you pay.
Only after you purchase your items can I give you a new total with a discount or combined shipping.
After you do this, I will contact you with the new total. You may be charged a dollar per extra item added to the total amount for shipping.

International buyers:
Free shipping never applies to international buyers and handling charges depend upon the item. Please note that eBay does not allow sellers to see the rates that you are charged. Sellers are also limited to few choices for available shipping. The most cost effective choice available to buyers is First Class International. Unfortunately, this only applies to items under 4 lbs.
If you are interested in an item and the price seems outrageous, please contact me, and I will make sure the weight is spot on.
Pleasant Transactions:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason
please communicate with me prior to opening a case or leaving bad feedback.
I will be happy to work with you. I will never hold your feedback hostage and will provide positive feedback as soon as payment is received.
All disputes and problems can be solved to the mutual satisfaction of both buyer and seller provided there is understanding and good communication.
Returns:
I provide money back returns, if the item is not as described or does not match the pictures in the description. In this case the
seller pays return shipping. The item must arrive back in the same condition as when it left my store as evidenced by the original
description and pictures. New items must be returned in original, unopened, sealed packages with all tags intact.
Once the I receive the item, I will refund your money. Some refunds may take up to two weeks.
