This is a 1/100 scale Mobile Suit Gundam 08th MS Team model kit from Bandai to make an action figure of the Gouf Flight Type MS-07H8.

The kit is in as-new condition, having never been removed from the box. It comes in the original packaging, which is also in excellent condition.
