LOT DETAILS: 49172A Victorian spiral body blown glass biscuit barrel with a star cut base and a very unusual composite material upper being a mix of EPNS and EPBM (Britannia metal) - probably made c. 1870.
Condition: Unfortunately the original silvering has mainly worn completely away exposing the underlying base metals. Some minor knocks to the metal ware, no damage to the glass.
