Returns and Warranty Policies
If you are returning an item please call 1-952-894-4888 for return authorization. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. Absolutely no refunds on installed electrical parts.
Returns for Refund:
A refund of a returned item,
less original shipping costs,will be issued if return authorization is obtained within 14 days of
purchase. The item being returned must be unopened, uninstalled and in resalable condition. There is no return on electrical, new has replacement warranty, used has exchange warranty, no exceptions.
The refund will be for the item being returned less shipping cost.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All items being returned for a refund will be subject to inspection. If the item being returned has been installed, damaged or the original packaging is damaged or marked and is not in resalable condition (i.e. torn, broken, written on, greasy finger prints, etc.) no refund will be issued.
Please use a suitable shipping carton to return items
(do not use manufacture's packaging to ship).

Core Deposit Refunds
When the core is received back, BMR will evaluate the value based on the condition. If one or more parts of the core are not usable the core deposit refund will be adjusted to reflect the change in value.

A check will be mailed based on our evaluation to the address that appears on the invoice unless otherwise notified in writing. A core that has no value may be returned for a $50 - $200 shipping charge, according to weight.
Returns for Warranty:
If an item you have purchased from us fails please call 1-952-894-4888 and we will assist you with the warranty. Warranty items will follow the manufacturer's warranty policies. Not all warranty items can be returned to us, some manufacturers require you to send warranty items back to them direct and prior return authorization is required. We will assist you with the information needed to obtain return authorization. In the case that we have the ability to handle the warranty item. Return authorization is required prior to returning the item to us. In most cases the item will be replaced at no charge to you. In the rare case that we do not have the item being returned in stock a refund will be issued.
