Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after receiving cleared payment, Monday - Friday. Tracking information is emailed shortly after processing.
To help your order arrive on time, please make sure your shipping address is complete/correct with eBay & PayPal prior to completing your order. For security reasons we cannot make address changes after payment has been completed.
Returns due to undeliverable address are subject to restocking fees. Re-shipments due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address are subject to re-ship fees.

Destination country's Customs inspection & procedures may add to the transit time. Tracking availability varies by country and may be very limited after the shipment leaves the U.S.
Shipments may be subject to inspection and additional fees such as Duty, Tax and other government charges that are not within our control. These fees are due to the destination country's government and are the responsibility of the buyer. Questions regarding these charges should be directed to the destination country's Customs Agency.
