Returns Policy

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!!! If the ECU has been fitted to a vehicle, a full test has to be carried out after receiving it back. This is to guarantee that a faulty vehicle hasn’t damaged it, for this reason a deduction will be applied to the refund to cover the cost of testing. The testing fee is variable depending on the ECU type, however the cost will not exceed £95 + VAT. Further deductions will be made at our discretion if damage has been caused to the ECU. Shipping is non-refundable, return shipping is at the buyers expense.
