Payment

Payment method accepted: PayPal is currently the method of payment authorized by eBay. Seller's payment instructions: Please contact me within two (2) days to verify your payment. Payment should be received no later than four (4) days after the auction's end. Please note our policies state a non-pay bidder notice will be filed if there has been no contact from you and payment is not received within four (4) days of the auction's end, at which time we reserve the right to relist the item.

Fees

A minimal handling fee is charged on domestic purchases in order to pack your merchandise to arrive safely at your door and also includes the cost of shipping insurance.  An additional fee is charged on international purchases to complete customs forms and process the item in-person with a USPS mail clerk.  ***Please realize we do not make our profit on shipping costs...!! ***  FRAGILE ITEMS ARE VERY COSTLY TO PACK AND SHIP--MUCH MORE SO THAN ANY OTHER ITEM YOU CAN PURCHASE ONLINE--AND SHIPPING COSTS ARE DETERMINED BY THE CARRIER BASED ON WEIGHT, SIZE AND DISTANCE (so since we are in CA, buyers living on the West Coast pay substantially lower shipping costs than those who live several postal zones away across the US). Please know we have no control over shipping costs...and we try to quote you the lowest possible cost to ensure safe delivery while also attempting to attract buyers and repeat customers.  We ask that you kindly keep this in mind when rating our shipping and handling costs--and to remind you that any dissatisfaction with the selected carrier's shipping costs quoted to you should not be reflected in feedback or seller ratings--if you have concerns or questions about shipping and handling costs, please ask before bidding!! 

Shipping

Shipping details: Buyer pays all shipping. We will combine shipping on multiple purchases when made together and paid for at the same time. **WHEN MAKING MULTIPLE PURCHASES, PLEASE DO NOT USE EBAY CHECKOUT IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF COMBINED SHIPPING. THE CALCULATOR IS NOT SET UP TO DETERMINE THE ACCURATE AMOUNT OF SHIPPING CHARGES DUE ON MULTIPLE ITEMS !! PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE FROM US BEFORE PAYING (FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS ONLY), OTHERWISE EBAY CHECKOUT FOR INDIVIDUAL PURCHASES IS FINE. Please check shipping costs BEFORE bidding. Pottery, china and glassware are very fragile and require additional weight for proper packaging and shipping. We pride ourselves on our exceptional packing and success at shipping fragile items safely, which is clearly reflected in our feedback comments. We prefer using USPS Priority Mail, although with heavier packages we usually offer the option of USPS Parcel Post or UPS as well. Shipping insurance is automatically paid on all items purchased from us and is included in the shipping costs calculator quote. Shipping costs: Enter your US ZIP Code to calculate shipping costs.

Delivery

All items are shipped on a weekly basis. Your item will be shipped within five business days of payment.

Refunds & Returns

Returns: Please email me within two (2) days of receipt and arrangements can be made for a return. Please note, however, that all shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Your satisfaction is important as we base our business on return customers, but our return policies must be followed in order to obtain a refund.
