Envelopes. While they have a high success rate for delivery, there is no online

Envelope rates are in 3 lb increments (3lb x 1 env, 6lb
x 2 env, 9lb x 3 env). This method does not offer
online tracking.
If you chose the envelope method and you have a total weight
of 4lbs your order will ship in 2 separate shipments. And will therefore cost
twice as much as the 3lb rate.
