Most orders are sent by Royal Mail. Second Class delivery is £1.95 - First Class delivery is £2.50 - any number of items may be ordered at the same time with no additional postage charge. Orders totalling £20 and over are sent at no charge for postage.
If the product you receive is defective in any way or has become damaged in transit, or if we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item), you must notify us in writing (an email will be sufficient) within 14 days of the date of receipt. The easiest way to contact us is to email info@craftyjungle.co.uk - we will then let you know how to proceed. If we ask you to return the item we must have it back within 21 days of when you received it. If we have asked for a return we will not usually be able to issue a refund or replacement until we have received the returned item. Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason you must let us know within 14 days of receipt - in this case the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any returned goods must be complete and in a re-saleable condition. We aim to pay refunds or send replacements within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.
