After 14 days
items are only accepted back for exchange.

Please allow up to ten business days
for returns to be processed. We value each customer and will process returns in
the order that we receive them.
Within the US we ship with UPS, FED EX, or
USPS, insured with tracking for the stated fee. USPS may cost extra.
Outside of the US we ship with USPS PRIORITY or
EXPRESS MAIL for the stated shipping fee (Express may cost extra). Please note that import duties, taxes
and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges
are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s custom’s
office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or
buying.
On rare occasions customs holds a product in their care or
shipping takes longer than usual. In these cases please keep in touch with us
and allow 30-45 days for the product to reach you. The package will be valued
and insured for the price paid.
