Simple & easy. If within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your item - whether it is defective, or just unwanted -email us for an RMA No is (ITEM NO ), and ship it back to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund, in full, the price you paid for the item (not including the initial shipping and handling charge). When we handle returns, defective items will be replaced with the same product. If the same product is not available, you can choose to wait for its arrival, or request a refund or replacement item. We will ship a replacement.
1, We do not warranty against broken, damaged or mishandled part.
2, A Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all return packages.
3, Packages without RMA # will be refused.
4, Customers must report to us within 7 business days for DOA or shipping damage issues.
5, All items can be requested for credit within 7 days after the items is received.
6, Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits or exchanges.
