All items must be paid for immediatley via paypal

 

1. Items are posted via first class recorded delivery, its slightly more expensive but provides a full tracking service online to benefit both business and consumer

 

2. All items are posted within two working days, please note 1st class is 1-3 working days if you require next day please contact us and we will amend the invoice to accomodate a next day delivery price

 

3. All items are checked before packing and despatching

 

4. Tracking numbers can be given upon request

 

5. Refunds or exchanges will be given

 

6. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us in its original condition with 14 days of purchase

 

7. Returned items should be in original packaging with any enclosed documentation, we will offer a full refund upon reciept,excluding the original delivery charge,Alternativley an exchange will be given if you 8. The item is your responsibilty until its returned to us so for your own protection we recomend that you use recorded delivery service

 

9. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibilty

 

10. Delivery costs are only refundable if the item is faulty

 

11. Refunds will be given within 48hrs of recieving the product in the correct condition
