Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched

UK tax at the current rate is included in all of our prices. Accepted payment methods are shown in the eBay item listings. UK Custom Covers reserve the right to notify eBay of any unpaid items through the feedback system and the non payer system.

No goods shall pass from the Company to the customer until the customer has made full and complete payment to the Company.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure they have purchased the correct item for their vehicle.

UK Delivery

Delivery within the UK is FREE (standard mainland UK areas only, see below for extended areas).

We aim to dispatch your product from our warehouse the same working day upon payment being received if ordered before 2pm (unless otherwise stated on the advert, excluding weekends and bank holiday's), your product will be shipped on an overnight service with DPD Local (except remote areas and Ireland).

Please note if you have added the embroidery option to your order, delivery will be approximately 3 days.

• If you are not home when DPD Local tries to deliver, a calling card will be left and a 2nd attempt will be made on the next working day, after the 2nd attempt your parcel will be delivered to your local pick up shop.
• The Courier will hold your parcel at their depot for 7 days after the 2nd failed attempted delivery. If you do not contact them within this time your parcel will automatically be returned to the UK Custom Covers warehouse and a shipping charge will be applied
• No delivery appointments can be made.

If you have included your email address or mobile phone number with your order, tracking details of your parcel will be sent to you via e-mail or text message once your parcel has been checked in with DPD Local, you will also be able to track your parcel by visiting www.dpdlocal-online.co.uk and entering your tracking number where it asks for the reference number.

Please note: postage and packing costs shown are for standard mainland UK areas only. Additional charges will apply for the following areas.

Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Highlands plus all other Islands off the mainland.

Additional charges are determined by location and weight and can be substantial for delivery to any of the areas listed above. If in doubt please contact us for a quote before purchasing an item, we will require your postcode, item number and product name.

International Delivery

Wherever you live, UK Custom Covers will endeavour to deliver direct to your door.

Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received for goods and delivery charges.

Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. It is the recipient's responsibility to obtain details of these charges from Customs and Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.

UK Custom Covers cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance which may incur storage or other charges outside our control.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

*Please note if purchased in error a postage and repackaging charge of up to £10.00 can be charged.

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from UK Custom Covers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused items, provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original undamaged packaging, with your receipt invoice and within 30 days from receipt of goods.

Please note that refunds will be provided usually within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, upon inspection but not when a product is simply unwanted. Should you require an unwanted item to be collected (UK residents only), this can be arranged by sending us an email to sales@ukcustomcovers.com please note an additional minimum charge of £10 will be incurred.

Please note any postage incurred by returning items to us will not be refunded.
