RETURN POLICY
Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving as long as they are unopened, unused.
All open items will incur a 50% charge.
Refunds will not be issued on postage for unwanted items.
PAYMENTS
We accept Paypal payments. We will also accept postal orders and cheques. Items will only be dispatched once the cheques and postal orders have cleared.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Report damaged items as soon as possible also if you can send a photo as evidence is required before we can take any kind of action.
LOST ITEMS:
Lost item refunds will only be issued once the post office has issued us a refund.
