GamesQuest is a family owned business which was started in February 2009, as Celestial Games and Books. The business started in the living room of one of our partners; however we are proud to say that due to the increasing demand for our products we have changed storage areas every year to meet our substantial storage needs. We are currently stocking over 30,000 products and are still investing in more.

Our office is situated in our warehouse, this makes order cancellations more accessible and also means we can respond to customer enquires immediately.

Each of our partners plays an instrumental role in our company. We have hand-picked products on the basis on our collective personal interests. Also, we all have children therefore families make up the majority of our target audience.

The idea of our business is to provide unique products that we feel have lost a place on today's popular market. Our product range focuses on traditional and educational games.

We currently provide products worldwide. Our vision for the future is to keep expanding our business and cliental. We are open to suggestions in order to meet customer needs and we are constantly looking for new items that coincide with our existing products. Ultimately we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Mainland UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all items below 2kgs in weight, Royal Mail 1st for all Flats and DPD next day delivery for all other parcels.

European (Including Non EU)
We use Royal Mail Standard Airmail for all Mail up to 90cms in Size or 5 Kgs in Weight. For all other mail we will use either DHL Express or DPD Road Freight.

International Delivery
We use Royal Mail Standard Airmail for all Mail up to 90cms in Size or 5 Kgs in Weight. For all other mail we will use Transglobal Express

All Overseas Royal Mail dispatches are Mailsorted by destination at our warehouse. This expedites the delivery process and commonly results in a speedier delivery to you the customer.

All Royal Mail is non-tracked.

Tracked (Recorded Delivery or International Signed For) service is available with a surcharge of £5 for non UK and £1.50 for UK. For this service please email us at contact@gamesquest.co.uk and title your email 'TRACKING required' and we will organise payment with you directly. Please ensure you do this with 1-2 hours of your payment or we may not be able to apply this service to your order.

On occasions, less than 0.5% of orders are lost or damaged in the post. Please email contact@gamesquest.co.uk and title your email ORDER UPDATE and we will try and locate your item. In the eventuality that we cannot locate your order, we will replace or refund your order. Please note Royal Mail do not consider UK items lost until 15 working days have passed.

When purchasing products direct from our website customers are obliged to pay by credit or debit card, however if you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer then please e-mail or telephone us direct to arrange this with you.

All prices quoted on this site are quoted in £ Pounds Sterling and include VAT at current rate where appropriate and exclude shipping. Shipping within the UK is free for orders over £50 as standard (additional charges for tracked or premium services). Shipping outside of mainland UK is calculated according to tabulated weights chart and will be calculated according to postal region and indicated prior to payment.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to either cancel or return your order.

In the event of a cancellation, we urge you to cancel your order as soon as possible, we would suggest within 1-2 hours, because it is likely that we can then retrieve the item before it is despatched. However, if the item has already been shipped our policy is to reimburse the cost of the product and you will be charged for postage on the original order and its safe return at your own cost. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are replaced at our cost. Please contact us as above to discuss the order. We may request that you forward us a photograph of the goods and packaging or return of the goods to our warehouse - at our cost.

All returned goods should be sent in the original packaging if intact or other secure packaging, along with original invoice, an explanation of the reason for return and state if exchange or refund is requested. Items should generally be sent using standard postal services, please ensure correct postage is applied and 'signed-for' delivery is strongly recommended. For a full product refund, goods must be received in perfect, unopened condition with seals and shrink-wrap intact. Please contact us to discuss packaging and postage options.

Refunds will be made back to your Card or PayPal account (depending on how you paid) when the goods are safely received back by us - and should be visible within a few days following our processing of the refund.
