See description. Transformer does look like it would need care to work. I plugged it in and didn't feel any humming. I didn't want to put wires to it just to be safe. B&O Engine & Caboose, Dubuque reefer, and NYC gondola with coal top.

All shipping is calculated based upon where you live and how big/heavy the item is. I can't control shipping rates but I do combine shipping where possible and get things shipped as quickly as possible.
