In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days but please allow 7-10 business days for delivery to your door. For drop ship items please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail is the preferred method of shipping for items weighing less than 50 pounds. In addition to standard ground service, for in stock items we offer USPS Express Mail. UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3rd Day Select. Once your order has been shipped, you will normally receive e-mail notification along with the order tracking number. Orders shipped directly from manufacturers may not have tracking numbers immediately available. RCRepairParts RETURN POLICY: BSM Exhaust Works / RCRepairParts will take customer returns within 14 days of customer receiving the RC vehicle but RC vehicles must be unused and returned in the original unopened factory sealed box. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Opened boxes and or used RC vehicles are not returnable for a refund or exchange. Defective or damaged RC vehicles are to be warranted by the RC vehicle mfg not BSM Exhaust Works / RCRepairParts. Buyer must register the RC vehicle with the mfg in order for the warranty to be valid. Please inspect for shipping damage right away before opening box and if damage is suspected please contact RCRepairParts immediately at 978 454 0311 and we will advise at that point.
