JOSE DELBO (b. 1933), originally from Argentina, began drawing for American comics in the 1960s, and had runs on Supergirl, Jimmy Olsen, and Wonder Woman. He is probably best remembered, however, as the regular artist of Transformers froom 1988 to 1990.

This is the original art for page 6 of Wonder Woman #256, from the story "Return of the Royal Flush Gang," published in 1979; the page was inked by Vince Colletta. Image area is 10" x 15" and the art is in very good condition.
