TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

§  Photos are always of the actual item that is up for auction. I put a lot of effort to take many pictures to demonstrate the exact condition of the product, nobody else on eBay does the same. Just please make sure to review all the pictures, and please READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION, I always try to describe the item the best I can.

§ Please contact me with any question you have about an item before you bid - usually I reply immediately, within few hours.

§  By bidding you are confirming you have read and agree to all of the terms set forth in all areas of the listing.

Shipping – I ship worldwide!

§  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. So please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

§  I will not mark merchandise with lower values, or mark items as "gifts" – Israeli and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. I must put the real value of the winning bid.

§  Each package is packed carefully with care under my personal inspection.   

§  Handling time is 1 business day, but usually I send the package within a few hours after the payment! Exceptions are weekends (from Friday afternoon till Sunday morning) and national holidays, when the Israeli post office is closed. I want you to receive the item as quickly as possible!

§  The tracking number will be immediately provided after the shipping.

§  Packages will be shipped worldwide by fully insured registered airmail (please check the rate above), unless stated otherwise in the listing.

§  Registered airmail shipping time is about 2-3 weeks, according to the Israeli post office, depending on the destination (For example, recently packages addressed to Russia may take longer to arrive).  However, often packages arrive much faster, but I can not guarantee that.

§  If you are interested in a faster shipping method, EMS express service is also available for 50$ - but please contact me before you pay.

§  Combined shipping is possible, but please contact me in the end of the auction.

§  If the weight of any package is 2 Kg (4.4 lbs) or higher, it must to be sent by EMS shipping for 50$ worldwide (Registerd airmail is available only up to 2kgs.).

§  In some cases, when the value of the package is very high, I have the right to decide that the package will be sent via EMS only, without exceptions. In that case, it will appear in the listing.

§  Registered packages (but not EMS) with values above 250$, must pass an inspection at the Israeli customs prior to shipping abroad. Those packages will be picked up by the carrier within 1 business day (with tracking number provided immediately), transferred to the customs, and from there they will be sent abroad (usually takes extra 1-2 business days).

Payments

§  I accept Paypal payments only.

§  Packages will be sent to confirmed addresses only that appear in eBay order details for this deal, for seller and buyer protection on eBay.

§  Payment must be made within 48 hours after the end of the auction. If you are interested to buy the item but have a problem with the payment or with available funds, please contact me immediately after the end of the auction, and we will figure it out. If after 48 hours no payment was done and the buyer has not made ​​contact, an unpaid case will be opened on eBay.

ISRAELI buyers, please note:

§  Since my business is located in Israeli territory, extra 18% VAT will have to be added to the final winning amount, without exceptions. If you are from Israel, you can participate in my auctions only after you have read and agreed to the VAT addition, and you will have to contact me first.
