Going electric means choosing to have the control and precision needed to shave, style and groom your face and body hair.

How do I shave with an electric razor?

First time users: Your skin needs to adapt to the electric razor. In about two to three weeks your skin will adjust and you should be able to shave quickly with minimal to no skin irritation.

  • To minimise skin irritation: Thoroughly clean skin, shave with cream or gel, shave problem areas first, shave with the grain, and keep your razor clean.
  • To avoid hair pulling: Trim the long hair first and ensure your razor is fully charged before shaving.
  • To shave difficult areas: Stretch your skin, trim downwards, and apply gentle pressure.
Can I shave with shaving cream? If so, how?

  1. Clean skin using hot water and soap.
  2. Apply shaving gel or foam.
  3. Begin shaving in a circular motion.
  4. Run razor under hot water to clean shaving cream from the shaving head.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until foam is nearly gone or all areas of facial hair have been shaved.
  6. Open shaving head and run hot water over it to remove hair and gel or foam.

What if I want to shave dry?
  1. Clean skin using hot water and soap. Use a towel to dry skin.

Please supply an address where delivery can be accepted between 9 am and 5 pm Monday-Friday. Please note that if you are paying via PayPal the "Ship To" address MUST be the same as your confirmed address in PayPal.   We also require a contact telephone number that will may used in some circumstances by the shipping company to contact you in advance of delivery
 
Delivery information will be supplied at time of dispatch. If delivery is made via DHL, please follow the progress of your shipment via the online tracking link which we will send to you. You can contact DHL directly at a more local level if any problems arise. Delivery via DHL to the UK should take approximately 3 working days. However, Luzern cannot be held liable or provide recompense for deliveries which exceed this timeframe.
 
For deliveries made via the Postal Service, please allow 5 to 15 business days for receipt of your item. If item is not received after 15 business days customers should check with their local post office prior to contacting LivingColours customer service team at Customer.Care@LuzernTech.com

Where a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, this should be noted on the Proof of Delivery. Luzern shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage evident on delivery where the Customer accepts delivery and signs the Proof of Delivery without amendment.

Returns
We accept ‘No Quibble Returns’ within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt of your order. You will be refunded the price of the product (inc VAT) + your shipping cost, provided that the item is received intact and in a resalable condition. Please note customers are responsible for charge/cost associated with returning the product back to Luzern. Please see advertisement for product warranty details. We regret we are unable to ship advance replacements. Luzern does not offer a walk in replacement service. If a suitable replacement is not available, Luzern reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the product, along with the original freight cost. Insurance is non- refundable.

Returns Procedure
Luzern is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases we offer the returns facilities described below.
In the first instance please email Customer.Care@LuzernTech.com in order to obtain a Return Material Authorisation number, (RMA). Please type RMA Request in the subject line of the email and include your order number & a brief description of the product fault in the email. Please clearly write the RMA number on the outer packaging of any items being returned. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns not displaying a relevant RMA number or an expired RMA number.
Luzern cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. The customer should, therefore, ensure that adequate insurance cover has been taken out on any product being returned to Luzern.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All contracts of sale made by LuzernTech shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms and Conditions.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the goods ordered.  Luzerntech reserves the right to refuse an order placed.
The customer undertakes that:
All details provided  for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered are correct, and that the credit or debit card used to make a purchase is his/her own card or his/her company's card, that he/she is authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services  ordered. The seller reserves the right to obtain validation of credit or debit card details before providing any goods or services.  In the event where doubts remain as to the validity of the information provided, Luzerntech reserves the right to request identification from the buyer such as a valid Driver's Licence, Passport or National Identity Card.  Failure to comply with this request may result in the cancellation of the order.

Payment
Luzerntech only accepts payment made via Paypal.  Please open a Paypal account prior to bidding on our auctions.  Unfortunately, Luzerntech is unable to accept any other method of payment. 
In the event of  payment not being  received within 7 days of close of auction, the checkout will be closed and an Unpaid Item Dispute automatically filed via eBay.
All sales are VAT inclusive, calculated at the applicable rate, in compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.  For your convenience, a VAT invoice will be enclosed with your order.  Please ensure that the information supplied at checkout is correct as VAT invoices cannot be modified once issued.

Shipping and Insurance
Luzerntech are only able to deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping Calculator.
Shipping Costs can be calculated by clicking on the Shipping Calculator.
We are happy to combine purchases for certain products at an additional cost of £3 per each additional item. This cost will be added during checkout and will not be reflected in the Calculator.
Unfortunately, it may not be possible to combine certain products due to weight, size, or value.
All combined orders must be completed within 7 days of the auction closing, otherwise the checkout will be closed and all orders cancelled.
Orders cannot be changed or modified once checkout has been completed.
A mandatory insurance charge will be added at checkout to items valued over £200.  Please bear this in mind when calculating shipping costs, as insurance will be added at checkout and not reflected in the shipping calculator.  Please refer to the insurance table in our advertisements for details on insurance costs.
Unfortunately, Luzerntech cannot facilitate customers wishing to collect orders.

Complaints
