Britt Bears are the ONLY company we deal with that have a repair department for their toys.

Payments to be made within 3 days please. We prefer payments via Paypal, but can also process credit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS (Australian Buyers only) You will need to call our customer service line on 1300 786 345 during business hours. We can also accept bank deposit to our NAB account (Australian buyers only). Bank details available at checkout, simply click PAY NOW and choose Bank Deposit and our bank details will be there.

All items, either Domestic or International are sent via AUSTRALIA POST with tracking and requiring a signature on arrival, unless the buyer notes on the order that the item is safe to leave. International buyers - the tracking number supplied will only work on your LOCAL postal system tracking page, and may take 3-5 days to update after despatch.

Buyers shipping to South America & Russia need to be aware that shipping estimates from Ebay are generally far less than actual transit times. These destinations can take 21-30 business days for delivery due to slow processing at customs. Take this into account when placing your order, as we won't entertain refunds etc, unless its been 30 business days from order. 

All buyers outside of AUSTRALIA need to be aware of the following information as we will not refund any postage charges on items returned to us if import charges are refused in your country or the country you ship too.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or postage charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (postage) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional postage charges.We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” - AU and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

ANY parcel that is rejected and not collected by a buyer and is returned to us, will only recieve a refund on the items cost (not including postage to your country) and we also charge a flat AUS$10 fee for restocking to cover some of the return postage costs to us. If you do not agree to these terms, then please do not purchase from us. 

Always contact us for help before returning items. We accept change of mind / exchange returns  provided the item is still in brand new condition with all tags still applied - Buyer pays return shipping.

If you believe your product is faulty we require you take clear and focused pictures to show the fault before we can offer assistance. In some situations we may require you to return an item that you believe is faulty as part of the resolution process so please do not dispose of the item (possibly voiding your rights under Australian Consumer Guarantee law).

NOTE that if your order bounces back to us through Australia Post due to any addressing error on your part, we do require you to cover any postage costs involved in resending your order please. If you do not wish the item reshipped, we charge a flat $10 fee before any refund due to these charges being imposed on us by Australia Post for incorrectly addressed packages or items not collected from the Post Office within their holding period terms. Tracking is provided to you the day we ship, so you can track your parcels location at all times once despatched.
