Shipping
We will send you an email with your tracking number when we have booked your order in with DespatchBay. When your item is collected you will receive and email from DespatchBay. It can take up to 8 hours from when the item was collected before any tracking information is available. For all UK postcodes (excluding Northern Ireland) and Republic of Ireland the courier will be Parcelforce. For Northern Ireland the courier will be Yodel. For International orders the courier will vary.Delivery Times Mainland uk - 1 Working day.
Rest of uk and Ireland - 2 to 3 Working days.
Europe - 2 to 5 Working days.

Delivery Process All orders are automatically booked in for collection by DespatchBay as soon as your item has been paid for. The delivery address is automatically taken from the customers eBay account and we cannot change the delivery address once the item has been paid for. Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days from the date the item was received only. The customer is responsible for all return postage costs and we do charge a 10% restocking fee so please read the listing details in full before you purchase to ensure the item meets your requirements. If your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us via the ebay messaging system before you return the item. If you have received a faulty or damaged item please take some detailed pictures of the fault / damage including any damage to packaging, please send these pictures to us as an attachment to an ebay email. This cannot be done from a mobile phone.For all returns please ensure you leave a note inside the parcel with your ebay user id and stating the reason for the return.
