This is a new old stock filter in excellent , never installed condition .

Paper still has proper color , box is still 100% intact .

Most of these were taken out and thrown away before the judging became so exacting as it is today at NCRS events .

Item shows no deterioration or damage .

Scripting is a lighter stamping with some small gaps yet this is obviously the way it was manufactured decades ago.
