All Products sold with a 30 Day Warranty unless otherwise
stated.
All product listed as refurbished have been
fully tested and are guaranteed to be in like new working condition.
In most cases refurbished simply means the parts
have been pulled from new or used excess stock.
Return Policy
Product can be returned to Skyline Engineering
for replacement, repair, or credit within 30 days of the delivery date. If the
item is defective, it will be replaced at no charge to you.
End user damage to any product voids all
warranties.
The customer is responsible for all shipping
costs for items being sent back for replacement or credit. Shipping and
handling charges for returned items is not refundable.
All returns must include the following:
1. Return Merchandise Authorization Number
(RMA#). Please email to receive your RMA# and write this RMA# on the label or
box.
2. A copy of the original sales record or copy
of the email with the RMA#.
International Shipping Information

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the
Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from
country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on
estimated costs.
For international shipping charges, please use
the shipping calculator under the "Shipping and Payments" tab.
Please be sure to order the same part number as
your original part to avoid the expensive International return charges.
