International Buyers-  Please be aware that you are responsible for any or all custom charges that your country charges you, the shipping you are paying me is for my cost to ship it to you, NOT customs.  Do not contact me and ask me to ship your item as a gift, I will NOT do this as this is against Ebay policies and illegal.

SELLING PRICE – I sell my items at the lowest price possible. Most of the time I check to see what other sellers are selling the same item for and I usually am one of the lowest.  Keep in mind that I am a “real” business and this is not a hobby so I pay a lot of money in taxes every year, if you are making an offer please realize that I will ignore low ball offers or decline them immediately, don't waste my time with ridiculous offers.

ITEM RECEIVED DAMAGED or RECEIVED WRONG ITEM - If this happens, please contact me immediately so that I can rectify the situation. I would never intentionally send you the wrong item so please give me the chance to correct the problem BEFORE leaving feedback.

SEND AN INVOICE – In order for me to send you an invoice, you have to buy the items first. You have two options on how to do that.

   1.  “Buy it now” – go into each listing and select the options and buy the item. When finished with all of your purchases, ask for an invoice.

      2.  Using the shopping cart. Add all of the items that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. Continue all the way through check-out. Yes you must go through the check-out or else you have not purchased it! Stop just before signing into pay-pal and paying for it and then request an invoice.  If you go too far and you do end up paying for the item and are overcharged on shipping, I will refund the overpayment right away. 

COMBINED SHIPPING & HANDLING - I combine shipping and handling when you make one payment. It costs me more for each payment that you send me through Paypal.  If you make more than one payment I can not give you a refund. Make sure you ask for an invoice before paying for your package. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS – Please make sure that the address on your paypal payment is where you want your package to be delivered to. I print my labels automatically and I do not type in addresses. You can set up different “ship to” addresses on your paypal account so that you can send gifts to other people directly but that needs to be done before sending your payment. It can only be shipped to the address on the payment!

I purchase my items from various reputable retail stores. I do not sell knock-offs and have no interest to sell or buy them.  Please do not ask what store I got a particular item from. Although some brands are obviously sold only in particular stores, I do not reveal my sources.

CANCELING A PURCHASE – As stated in e-bay’s policy, once you hit “buy it now” you have committed to a contract to pay for the item and you are obligated to follow through with that purchase. That being said, I reserve the right to refuse your request to cancel the purchase. If you notify me immediately of your mistake, most likely I will cancel it for you. However if you decide a few days later that you want to cancel it, then I can assure you I will NOT cancel it. You’ve basically asked me to hold your item while you shopped elsewhere, which means that no one else could buy that item, while you were deciding whether or not you really wanted it.

DELIVERY TIME – I ship packages every business day (unless stated that I am on vacation). The estimated delivery date is based on Ebay’s prediction of when it will arrive. I can NOT control the postal service. Your tracking number is on your Ebay’s purchases page to the right of the item that you purchased. You can click onto that to get information about where you package is.
