Gi Joe Nunchuk v4

I believe it was released in 2003. This figure has tight joints, and I do not see any paint wear, it appears to be in good condition. The figure comes with accessories you see in the picture, which includes the rifle, sound attack uzi and 3 piece nunchuks.
