This is a brand new CLING stamp from Stampendous. These are great!! You use them like the clear acrylic stamps, by peeling them off the carrier sheet, putting them on an acrylic block, and stamping. But the stamping surface is actually made out of normal rubber that you find on the wood mounted stamps.
