PAYMENT

We accept payment by PAYPAL only. Payment is expected within 3 days of auction closing and immediately when using the BUY IT NOW option. If payment is not received within 4 days, an unpaid item report will be filed. Unpaid items will be re-listed after the 8th day following the auction's end and the unpaid item claim will be closed. Please remember that the quicker you pay, the quicker we can send your item!

SHIPPING

*Shipping Costs are auto-calculated according to where you live.

*All items are shipped on the next business day after we receive payment from you.

*Whenever possible, combined shipping will be used to reduce cost.

(You will reimbursed any over payment on shipping costs or alternatively you should wait until you're done shopping and

we will send you an adjusted invoice with the correct shipping fees)

DOMESTIC

* You will receive an email with delivery tracking information. Copies will be sent to your ebay my messages and your personal email account. You can also obtain this information by clicking on order details within the ended auction listing
*All orders are shipped via USPS mail with delivery confirmation included

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped via Ebay's Global Shipping Program. The program uses Priority International mail service and provides delivery tracking to your door.

Returns
Please contact us immediately so that we can guide you through the return process.

Returns are generally accepted within 14 days of you receiving an item. The refund is the purchase price (excluding shipping) and you are responsible for the return shipping label.

If we made an error with the listing or there was a flaw that was accidently overlooked we will organize a full refund (including shipping) for you. We will also issue you a return shipping label.

We utilize text and pictures to describe each item as honestly and as thoroughly as possible, noting any known imperfections such as holes, stains, missing buttons, flaws, etc.

• Items are kept in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.

• All monitors display colors differently but we try our best to ensure that the photos and text relay the coloration of the item as thoroughly as possible.
