Postal charges and delivery details
- Central Scotland only: We offer a flat rate charge of £5, even for multiple items. Please ask for details if you are unsure whether you will qualify. (Roughly speaking this offer covers areas including: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee). If you are entitled to this delivery rate please select "Seller's Standard Rate" as the postal service at "Checkout".
- Rest of Mainland UK: Postage costs cover delivery to mainland UK. Select "Other Courier" at "Checkout".
- Rest of Europe: If you are outside mainland UK please contact us before bidding, so that we can check postage costs for you.
General: All items can be collected from our Cumbernauld office free of charge (Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm).
Please note: When we use Royal Mail or a 3rd party courier we cannot guarantee delivery day or time.
Payments
Payment must be made within 10 working days. We accept payment by cod (on collection), personal cheque, postal order, PayPal or (preferred for larger purchases) direct bank transfer. If you choose to pay by personal cheque then please allow 6 working days for it to clear. VAT is included in the price and a VAT invoice will be supplied on collection/delivery.

All units are professionally refurbished and fully tested before delivery unless it states otherwise in the description. All items are used unless it specifically states otherwise in the description!
Standard mains power leads are not included unless it states otherwise in the item description.
