The postage and packaging (P&P) charges are clearly stated and advertised for each product on the listing, these are the cheapest prices we could find without compromising the security and the courier service for the items you purchase.

Please ensure you agree with the P&P before you purchase the item.

Postage price is for Mainland UK only (this does not include Channel Islands, British Isle, Europe and Rest of the World), and the buyer will bear the cost of shipping outside of mainland UK ; please contact us before bidding or purchasing an item for more details. If you purchase the item, and you would like the item delivered outside Mainland UK (this does not include Channel Islands, British Isle, Europe and Rest of the World), the total shipping price will be added the to the final invoice.

We ship to PayPal's and eBay verified addresses ONLY. Please make sure your address in PayPal is matched with your shipping address before you pay. We reserve the right to not ship the item if we deem that is going to an insecure location, or if the item has been purchased without the account holder’s permission.

Most items are dispatched on the same or next day.

Items will only be dispatched once all the payment has cleared.

We hope that you're pleased with your purchase from the electroreuse; however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us. We've set out below the main reasons why goods tend to be returned.

You Have Simply Changed Your Mind (Distance Selling Regulations)
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded.

In order to return an unwanted item, the following criteria must be met:

You must have contacted us in writing within 7 working days of receipt
If the product is computer software or an audio/video recording it must be unopened.
The item must be returned complete with ALL accessories and manuals / guides including free gifts
The item must be in the original box and packaging
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.

If there are any other issues with your order that are not covered above, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

FAULTY RETURNS
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all goods are supplied as tested with a warranty for up to 30 days. Certain other products contain their own manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary between manufacturers.

Should you discover the goods are faulty, please inform us via the eBay email system or telephone 01274 666 866 quoting your Order Number

If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please note that you must contact us within 28 days of receipt of the order. In instances where we are unable to source a like-for-like replacement a refund will be issued.

If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us within 7 days with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier.

We shall then send you the appropriate method of handling the faulty goods by either asking for the items to be returned back to us or in some circumstances, the return may be handled by the manufacturer or their authorized repair centre.

Should you return any goods which upon inspection are not faulty, or have been subject to willful damage or accident or negligence by you, we may charge you for any delivery charges together with our expenses.

Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace or refund them.

How to Return Goods
Please contact us through eBay detailing the reason for the return, whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement and where applicable a description of the fault. When returning the item, please ensure you have enclosed the Returns Form which you received with the item. Please ensure that your item is packaged suitably for transit, and obtain and keep the proof of postage.

You refund will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation directly to the method of original payment.
